Being babywearing educators we get to use a lot of carriers. In fact, we own a lot of different types and brands of carriers. For the past two years I have been in search of a carrier that fit me. In August we were able to meet the Boba team at a trade show and they were gracious enough to provide me with my very own Special Edition Diaper Dude camo carrier after sharing with them my conversion story and my endless search for the perfect carrier. Well, I am pleased to announce that my search is over. We are very impressed with these folks and LOVE all of their carriers. The Boba Baby Carrier is well thought out and extremely well designed.
Things we love about the Diaper Dude Boba and that set it apart from other carriers:
- Foot straps to help rest weary legs and initiate proper hip positioning
- Infant conversion without needing an insert making the carrier work from 7-45lbs
- Adjustability for mom and dad, infant to toddler
- Pockets, three to be precise!
- Adjustable and removable sleeping hood
- Shoulder strap holders to keep purse or diaper bag in place
Boba also has stepped up and made a carrier for the outdoor enthusiest, the BobaAir. The Air is ultra lightweight, coming in at 0.7lbs and stuffs into it's own pocket for easy storage. It is 100% nylon and just as adjustable as their 3G line. We love to take our BobaAir on backpacking trips for kicking around base camp because of its compressibility and weight.
We can see that a lot of love has been put into these carriers and we are excited to be able to share one with you. Boba has generously allowed us to giveaway one Special Edition Diaper Dude carrier in either Camo or Pinstripe. The giveaway ends on Saturday, November 24th at midnight EST.
The thoughts and opinions expressed above are our own and in no way influenced by Boba. We were given a carrier to review free of charge and are grateful for the cooperation of Boba.

I love Boba! Thanks for a great giveaway.
That carrier looks really handy! :D
My husband might actually use a carrier like that.
It's nice to see more companies making dad-friendly carriers! This would make a great addition to my carrier lending library.
this would be great for when my husband takes the kids fishing!

Love Bobas--hard to go wrong recommending them to virtually anyone b/c they are so versatile. I'm really itching to try the Boba Air and see how it compares in comfort!
I want to try their new infant hold in the 3G for my new baby.
I would use this all the time, but especially to walk my older kids to school
to carry my baby while hiking.
Hiking/ snowshoeing. Looks awesome!
I think my husband would use it the most for packing around our toddler around town and when we go on hikes.
My husband and I would use this Boba carrier for hiking, camping and for going on walks. most importantly I would use the bubbly carrier to do chores around the house
Awesome! I will use it to carry my 2yo instead of taking a stroller
I accidentally entered the fb entry only I don't have a Facebook. Please delete that entry of mine I clicked it by mistake.
I want to win this for my (hunting, fishing, etc.) brother and sister in law who are expecting their first baby in 2 weeks! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Boba and would love to share it with them! Thanks for the chance, Backcountry Parenting!
Thanks for all your research -- I've heard great things about this carrier and am excited to have a chance to win it. :D
Great for dads and perfect for outdoor adventures! Thanks for the great giveaway!
I would use it to tote my little guy - he gets so frustrated when he can't keep up with his brother!
I would love a good carrier for wearing him o my back! he's getting a bit too big and grabby for doing housework with him on my front.
Would use it when I want to take the little one shopping or out and about, but don't want to lug the stroller around or take the big hiking carrier.
I have a three year old and an 8 month old and th Boba carrier would be awesome for us! We have 5 acres that we tromp around on and our current carrier just isn't working for us! Plus, it will be handy to take it into the store and be hands free for our older daughter!
We would love to add this carrier to our well-used collection! We have an ergo that we use for our toddler, but we just had our second child, and what I really really really want is a boba carrier! We snowshoe and hike all through the winter and the frame backpacks just don't work for us.
Love the opportunity to win one. Thanks!
Love, love, love my Boba! Would love to have another one so my husband and I can wear both the toddler and the baby. :)
Boba is the only carrier I was comfortable using as my son got older. Would absolutely take it on backpacking or canoeing trips!
I would use the Boba to be able to carry both kids once #2 comes.
I would use this opportunity to get things done at home , and carry my son around Yellowstone next year.
Having my baby in Feb would love to have a good carrier for him/her!!
I live in the Canadian Rockies and would love to hike with my babe this summer, due in March! We are also planning to do some travelling internationally that first year and I think this will come in handy. :)
I'd use it when i go to the store
I'd carry my son while taken a walk
I would use the boba to carry my 8 week old while chasing my 19 month old!
I'd love to get to see how great this carrier is. Keeping up with all three kids, I think I'd use it pretty much whenever I'm awake!
This carrier sounds awesome! Would be used to hike, snowshoe and maybe even cross country ski with our little one who is currently 4 1/2 months old.
we would use this for daily activities like shopping and hiking!
